Redfive Media were commissioned by international law firm Squire Patton Boggs to create a promotional film for their bi-annual EMEA/APAC Event, held in the U.K. and Singapore. The film is to be used internally, on social media and on web.

THE BRIEF: Create a five minute promotional film for the EMEA/APAC Event. The EMEA/APAC event is a 2 day clinic held in London and Singapore twice a year. Squire Patton Boggs required a film to showcase the clinic which will explain how the event works alongside interviews with Squire Patton Boggs senior leadership and clients.

How Redfive Media created the content.

• The clinic was held over two days in Squire Patton Boggs London offices in the City of London. We filmed for one day of the event to limit intrusion.
• Client confidentiality was crucial and was filming was carefully co-ordinated to ensure confidential situations were not featured.
• Redfive worked closely with Squire Patton Boggs Media team to plan timings for interviews, ensuring that interviews were brief and efficient.
• The film was created with a ‘talking head’ style where the event was explained overlaying images from the clinic, staff and clients shot during the day.
• Licenced music was commissioned through Soundstripe.
• Squire Patton Boggs corporate styling was used consistantly across the film in line with Squire Patton Boggs corporate branding.
• Redfive worked with Squire Patton Boggs Media team to co-ordinate the filming in Singapore so that is remained consistent with the UK filming.
• The film was edited and delivered in three days of the EMEA clinic taking place and it is used prominently on Squire Patton Boggs social media and in their offices worldwide.
